EIRE Systems is partnering with a global UK-based provider of technology platforms and software that powers automotive dealers and manufacturers in over 30 countries around the world.
The company's main product is a Dealer Management System (DMS), which is a highly scalable cloud-based software platform used by many of the world's leading automotive brands. The role is key to ensure the smooth deployment and integration of the DMS solution into a number of new customers that have a large network of dealerships across Japan.
As a Customer Delivery Project Manager / Coordinator you'll be implementing the system into new customers’ sites. This can consist of on-site implementation, oversight of and coordination with system deployment vendors, and providing customer training. You'll function as a critical conduit between the various project stakeholders, including internal product specialists, Customer-side project sponsors, and the local Field Services vendor personnel.
Implementation staff enjoy travelling and meeting new people, whilst sharing their knowledge and passion for the software products. An individual joining the implementations team will have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer training.
