Citrix Platform Engineer

Join a global infrastructure team responsible for delivering secure remote access and virtual desktop services for a large enterprise environment.

Working with colleagues across multiple regions, you'll support and enhance Citrix technologies while contributing to automation, platform improvements, and cloud adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC environments
• Troubleshoot remote access, connectivity, and application delivery issues
• Assist with platform upgrades, security enhancements, and change activities
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other tools
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Work closely with global engineering and operations teams
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises and on-call support

Required Skills

• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• Strong knowledge of Citrix ADC / NetScaler technologies
• Windows Server administration experience
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Understanding of authentication, MFA, and secure remote access technologies
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong English communication skills
