IT Infrastructure Manager - Data center & Cloud Services

Role Overview
Reporting to the IT Architecture Manager, this role is responsible for the design, deployment, and support of business-critical IT infrastructure across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for IT infrastructure
- Lead infrastructure projects and BAU activities
- Manage and develop technical team members
- Act as a regional escalation point and subject matter expert
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Contribute to infrastructure design and implementation
- Manage vendors and third-party service providers
- Maintain technical documentation and standards
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Networking knowledge (L2/L3 switching, firewalls, wireless)
- Experience managing Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
- Strong understanding and implementation of IT security best practices
- Experience managing VMware vSphere / ESX environments
Desirable:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration
- Experience with Azure public cloud environments
- Experience with enterprise databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL Database)
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell, VBScript)
- Previous team leadership or IT management experience
- IT project management experience
- Vendor management experience
