IT Training & Operations Assistant

EIRE Systems is currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable IT Training & Operations assistant to deliver training on internal systems, tools, and devices for our client - A market leader in Materials Engineering Solutions.

In addition to training and creating materials to promote the use of IT tools and systems for the company, you will also play a multi-faceted role involving coordinating departmental activities, supporting meeting operations, and managing various marketing content.

This position is ideal for those who want to broaden their skills by being involved in a wide range of tasks in the IT department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver IT training and onboarding support in both online and physical classroom formats to internal users.
  • Design, prepare, and maintain training materials tailored to business needs.
  • Create and manage content for various internal marketing channels including the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and banners.
  • Meeting management support for the IT department (schedule adjustment, meeting minutes creation, etc.).
  • Various business support within the department (team building planning, coordination of industry-academia collaboration activities).
  • General administrative work such as accounting report preparation and ticket reservation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Native-level Japanese, Conversation level English
  • Work experience in IT or education (preferably at least 2 years).
  • Experience delivering training or presentations to groups.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Basic operations skills with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing IT support or training environment.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools (especially IT tools and Marcom areas).
Preferred Qualities
  • Outgoing and approachable personality.
  • Willingness to proactively engage with stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in an international or bilingual work environment is a plus.
