Senior Accountant / Accounting and Admin Manager

EIRE Systems is looking for an energetic and organized person who can perform Accounting & Office Administration duties for our Hong Kong operations. The role will be based in our Hong Kong office with a five-day work week.



  • Hands-on handling full set of Accounts using QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Banking transaction procedures using online banking systems, for Vendor Payments & Payroll.
  • Paying in cheques and basic administration of bank account.
  • Invoice creation, tracking payments and preparation of & follow up for aged debtors reports
  • Administration of payroll processes and preparation, including MPF.
  • Preparation of expense reports / business trip reports, including matching
  • Preparation of various financial reports, systems and procedures when requested, including cashflow projection, per client revenue etc.
  • Updating management on related legal/tax issues.
  • Processing of Tax filings with the company’s external accountant, Management report filing for AGM, Corporate Tax Filing etc.
  • Processing of staff income tax filing
  • Analysis and making recommendations for automation of the manual processes required to complete above tasks.

HR/Personnel Administration:

  • Maintenance of Personnel Records.
  • Managing administrative procedures for on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
  • Administering the company health insurance scheme.
  • Recording of holiday/sick/other leave.
  • Tracking of staff Overtime from staff timesheets
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance of company policy with labour department ordinance.

Office Administration:

  • Primary point of contact for landlord/BMO
  • Tracking and monitoring Insurance contracts
  • Maintenance of client records
  • Tracking of contract renewals and expiry
  • Receiving and screening incoming calls.
  • Maintenance of stock of office consumables
  • Maintaining files in accordance with company information security policies.
  • Assisting with documentation processing as required.
  • Additional admin and office tasks as assigned by management.
  • Must be very detail-oriented and be able to minimize mistakes


  • Ideally, we are seeking candidates with experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate an excellent understanding of the accounting and office administration requirements for a small to medium-sized professional services company.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline
  • Accounting related qualifications
  • Regional exposure in Hong Kong is highly desirable
  • Advanced skills using MS Excel for Accounting related purposes.
  • Prior experience using QuickBooks accounting software is required.
